Portrait Sittings

      Portrait sittings are usually scheduled for the last hour to hour and a half of sunlight when the light is most flattering. Everyone loves the tropical sun setting behind them for a few final shots. A magnificent way to finish off the shoot before you go out to celebrate any special?occasion or have dinner with your family.

      When you book your appointment for a portrait session we will discuss locations of your choice or I am happy to make recommendations. Environmental Portraiture means capturing the image out in the environment or where the subject spends their time. Here on Kauai that usually means the beach! Beaches, tropical gardens or mountain views are all available. For high school seniors and modeling composites, several changes of clothes and locations are recommended.

        Any questions or concerns can be gone over before the day of the shoot.

        Hair stylists and make up artists are available.

        You will be able to look at the images as soon as the next day at the studio. The sitting fee includes a custom CD with a 72 DPI resolution JPG that is suitable for viewing and e-mailing.

Level 1.
(small group, one location)
Basic portrait sitting for the couple, small family or group of four or less. The sittings include 100 to 150 exposures and (24) 4 x 6s of your choice. You will also have three months posting to your personal website. You may also choose the option to own all of the full resolution files on a DVD included with all of above.

Level 2.
(Engagement, High School Seniors, large groups, or two locations)
For engagement sessions, seniors, or bigger groups of 5 to 10 people.  The sittings include 150 to 200 exposures and (36) 4 x 6 s of your choice. You will also have?three months posting to your personal website. You may also choose the option to own all of the? full resolution files on?a DVD?included with all of above.
